These terms and conditions are applicable to this website (the “Site”), which is provided and operated by AA 12 Step Office Incorporated (“AA 12 Step Office” or “we”). AA 12 Step Office may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on this page. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. The AA 12 Step Office is staffed by volunteers.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SITE. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully as you agree to it by using the Site.


All prices are listed in Australian dollars and do not attract GST.


AA 12 Step Office can only allow you to add additional items to your order within one (1) business day of the original order being placed. We are unable to combine multiple orders after the payment for the first order is processed.


Payment of the full invoice amount is required before your order will be dispatched. AA 12 Step Office accepts payment by cash in person, cheques by mail, direct bank transfer or Visa and MasterCard. In all cases you must include your name, order number and order date. If AA 12 Step Office is unable to charge a customer's credit card due to insufficient funds or other errors, then we will contact the customer.


Each item has been weighed and the appropriate postage fee will be applied to your order at checkout. A shipping and handling fee is charged on all orders and is detailed separately on your invoice.


AA 12 Step Office is staffed by volunteers and all Items that are in stock will ship within 3-5 business days.


Package/s returned to the AA 12 Step Office. If AA 12 Step Office has incorrectly addressed a package then we will be responsible for the resending and subsequent postage cost. Any package returned to AA 12 Step Office due to the above incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge. Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered.


Please note that Australia Post Redirections often do not work with packages. Additional postage costs may apply if a redirection has not been successful.


If your order is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and place the item on back order.


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and damages claimed directly to Australia Post.


AA 12 Step Office promises to treat any disputes quickly, fairly and with due care, considering each case on the information provided. 


All items sold by AA 12 Step Office are done so in good faith. Refunds are processed for goods returned in original condition and are subject to prior approval from the AA 12 Step Office Literature Officer on a case by case basis. Refunds can only by processed within 14 days of the goods being sent by the AA 12 Step Office. Returned goods are credited to the original credit card used on the original transaction. Returning goods to the AA 12 Step Office is at the sole responsibility and expense of the sender. To request a refund please go to the “Returns” page on this website and complete the form. You will be contacted by the Literature Officer within 48 hours.


The information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the Site.


You may be required to create an account in order to purchase products through the Site. Where required, you shall (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete the AA 12 Step Office has the right to suspend or terminate your account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept all charges that occur under your account or password. Please protect your password.


You may terminate your account at any time by sending an email to AA 12 Step Office at literature@aamelbourne.org.au AA 12 Step Office reserves the right to refuse service, terminate your account or cancel orders at its sole discretion, with or without further notice to you. You are liable for any orders placed or charges incurred through your account prior to termination. We may also block your access to our Site in the event that you violate these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the user and AA 12 Step Office and will supersede any prior understandings or agreements, written or oral.
